Speaking. Where is the station?

 Hi all,

Today we will learn to explain how to go from one place to another. In this way you have to use the vocabulary we have learnt in the classroom, so that you can express your ideas in the best way. Remember that the best thing to do to improve your speaking is not to worry too much about possible mistakes and try to express yourself as clearly as possible.

First things first. I want you to review the use of the prepositions as we have already seen in the classroom. In this link you will find a summary of the most important prepositions in English.

Prepositions of place.

If you want to know and learn how to pronounce these preposition, please check the following video. It is really useful.

Once you have checked and revised the use of these prepositions, and before tring the activity yourself, please check the following video so as to know how to give directions in English. Remember that this is just an example.

And now we are ready to practise ourselves. In the next link you will find a map. With this map in front of you, please tell me how I can get from one place to another in the simplest way. Remember that the best way to speak and learn is to repeat the instructions as many times as you need, and please, don´t be shy.

Do not forget to record yourself with your mobile phones and send me the recording. Good luck.
